Countdown to Confetti Day Three

Today’s Countdown to Confetti is for an awesome stamp set called North Pole Wishes with its own companion die cut set! The stamp set includes sentiments perfect for the holiday season!

I stamped one of the set’s sentiments on black cardstock. After heat embossing, I added white pigment ink with my finger for a chalkboard look. The envelope was heat embossed on red cardstock and cut with its coordinating die.

  3. I love the “chalkboard” effect tag with its red envelope. Did you stamp the background or is it patterned paper?

    1. Hi Julie – it’s paper from the Pebbles Home for Christmas collection. I used the paper as the starting point for my color choices since it fit so well with the “letters to Santa” theme.

  4. Love everything about this card – colors, chalkboard, patterned paper all make the red accents really pop.
