Distress Ink Die-Cut Blooms

With spring less than a week away, I’m sharing a Thank You card created with die-cut blooms colored with a variety of Distress Inks.

Distress Ink Die Cuts

I cut the bloom overlays with dies in the Essentials by Ellen Bold Blossom Stand-Alone set from white cardstock. I colored the other pieces, which had been cut with dies in the Bold Blooms Matching set, with Distress inks. I cut a square from the card front panel after stamping it with a sentiment from the Hero Arts Oh Snap stamp set. The top panel was attached to the floral panel with foam adhesive to create a shadow box.

    1. Hi Farhana, I colored the die-cut white cardstock with Distress Inks using a foam dauber. Alternatively, you could color cardstock with the Distress Inks and then die cut the pieces. Hope that helps.
