Today, I’m sharing a watercolored card created with Penny Black supplies.
I watercolored the 40-445 Flower Box image, which I stamped with VersaFine ink on watercolor paper, with Zig Clear Color Real Brush markers, watercolor pencils and watercolors. Once dry, I trimmed the panel down and added it to a custom-sized card base.
I die cut the 51-340 Dream Big sentiment twice (for added depth) and added it to the image over a vellum circle.
Just love the rich black sentiment die on the vellum circle, Jean – perfect over those gorgeous flowers! You colored them so beautifully!!
Vellum is such a fab way to elevate a sentiment…as you have perfectly shown.
Love the bright flowers, they show up so well on the blue background. And the “Dream Big” is one of my favorite sentiment.
