ColourQ #275

I’m playing along with ColourQ #275 with a Reverse Confetti sentiment stamp and RC Confetti Cuts.

I really like stretching my color preferences with these challenges. The navy and pink combination feels preppy to me (Lily Pulitzer), and it was those two colors I wanted to use most on the card.

I added accents of the Wisteria Wonder with the hearts and the tag circle. I cut the hearts by first cutting five hearts with the Love Note die, then putting three hearts into the die and cutting again, which cleanly cut off two of the hearts. The arrow was cut in half and taped to the back of the tag.

The card measures 4 1/4″ square.

  1. Jean, I love this card! You used the color inspiration so well, and the bright melon arrow is wonderful. Love seeing all the RC goodies in this card.

  2. Sweet card and I love all your wonderful details from RC…just ordered lots of what you used and can’t wait to cas you…thank you for the inspiration. Thank you so much for playing along with us at ColourQ, hope to see you again next week.

  3. I love how you used the purple, as an accent color. It looks perfect that way and really lets the other bolder colors shine. Thanks too for the tip on the clean cutting of the heart extra’s.
