I’ve been wanting to play with this Paper Smooches “Forest Whimsy” stamp set for some time and had the opportunity to do so for a birthday card! We have a strong affection for all things “gnome” in our home. 🙂
Kim Hughes does a fabulous job with the way she draws her designs making it so easy to fussy cut patterned papers, as I did on this card with the MME “Gnome Sweet Gnome” papers. This card is only 5″ tall. When I first crafted it, I had extra white space above and below that just didn’t look right, so I cut the card down a bit!
Supplies: Stampin’ Up cardstock (solid red); Memory Box (gray); Copic markers: E0000, E000, E00, R11
Love this whimsical little guy with all the paper piecing. Great guy-card, Jean!
Your gnome is absolutely adorable, Jean! I love your choice of patterned papers, too!
And, I agree with you about Kim…she really is amazing, and her images are so much fun to color!
