I had a lot of fun pairing the Mama Elephant “Geotagged” stamp set with some Pebbles “Seen & Noted” patterned paper in this card.
I stamped the polka dots in several different colors before finally getting a color that I though worked best with the “on trend” colors in the patterned paper. While my natural inclination is to save the Pebbles paper, I’m trying to embrace the concept of “spending out” that Gretchen Rubin, author of “Happiness Project” and “Happier at Home”, describes in her post here.

I think Gretchen is my kind of girl…I am really trying to ‘use’ my new goodies (enamel dots and sequins come to mind), and keep telling myself, “I bought them to USE them”…but it’s hard 🙂
