Today I’m playing along with two challenges – Freshly Made Sketches 167 and ColourQ 273 – with a card created using Reverse Confetti supplies. It’s fun creating with some fresh colors and themes. I love Christmas cards, and I’ll miss making them, but I’m ready for some bright color combinations!
Rather than stamp the flamingo, I simply die cut its body and wing (out of Calypso Coral cardstock), stamping the beak and eye on the body. I stamped the circle and rectangle with the flamingo legs and lined them up.
Love how tropical and summery this is! I just got this set for my daughter who is in the Flamingos class this year.
What a neat card! Love those unique colors. They go so well together. I’m working on Valentine’s cards today, myself.
I’m so with you, Jean, and love your bright and fresh and fun nonChristmas card!! That flamingo is the best!! Hugs, Darnell
absolutely perfect!
