Today, I’m playing along with the CASology Challenge whose theme is “Flight.”
I added several different Distress Inks to a watercolor paper panel, which I cut with the Penny Black 51-132 Flights of Fancy butterfly and antennae die. I created the back panel with the Penny Black 51-136 Stitched Edges die. The sentiment was cut twice (once from metallic cardstock and again from white cardstock) with the Penny Black 51-108 Envision die.
Gorgeous! I love the purple panels, what a fantastic use of dies!
This butterfly is beautiful! I absolutely LOVE your card using watercolors. Fantastic!
Wow! I love your watercolor butterfly. The purple panel and lovely dream sentiment are super too! Very eye-catching and pleasing design.
This is really beautiful love the colors
Oh I was just making a card for this challenge too Jean. I love your dies and watercoloring on this beautifully designed beauty!
Beautiful watercoloring on that butterfly.
Wow Jean, this is just stunning. Love the water colouring – fantastic.
Oh, my, Jean…I love those purple panels behind that gorgeous butterfly! What a wonderful effect…and a lovely popped up sentiment, too! So glad you joined in the fun at CASology this week!
Your card is absolutely gorgeous, Jean! Love the uneven colors on the butterfly and shadow under the word die cut! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology. Hugs, May
