#1 Dad – TE Share Joy Challenge #34

I’m playing along with the Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge #34.

I used the sketch to create a masculine card that could be used for Father’s Day, or any other occasion celebrating the Dad in your life (I’m using it for my husband’s upcoming birthday!).

I went bold with the colors here! I played around with other “masculine” color schemes (for example, tan/navy/green) settling on this one because the orange flame and black BBQ grill cut with the Little Bits – Grill set worked best with the red and yellow. A frame cut with Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 made for a nice finished border.
