You Bring Sunshine

Hello! Today, I’m sharing a “just because” friendship card combining products from several different manufacturers.

To begin, I stamped the Simon Says Stamp Choose Joy sentiment on cardstock and inked the My Favorite Things Radiating Rays stencil with  Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide inks above the sentiment.

I cut the panel with one of the dies in Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables set and adhered it to a card base cut from Stampin Up’ Island Indigo, which I had dry-embossed with the Taylored Expressions Weathered folder.

To create the sand bar, I colored white cardstock with Distress Oxide inks in Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap and cut it with a die in the Marianne Design Tiny’s Lighthouse set. To create the seagull, I colored cardstock with Distress Oxide inks in Spiced Marmalade and Black Soot and cut it with pieces in the Marianne Design Eline’s Seagull & Friends set.
