Hello! Today, I am sharing a tropical-themed card created from a variety of products in my stash.
- My starting point for the card was the Newton’s Nook Tropical Leaves stencil which I sponged with Shabby Shutters ink on Easter Grass cardstock.
- I used the Penny Black Poinsettia die to cut the blooms from SU Melon Mambo and Bazzill Circus Peanuts. The centers were cut from Marshmallow Chick. I used the Penny Black Flower Frolic die to cut the greenery from SU Gumball Green (now retired) and attached the blooms to the greenery with foam adhesive.
- I heat-embossed the FSJ Touch the Sky sentiment on to white cardstock which I cut with a circle die.
- For whatever reason, I’ve been feeling the need to add sequins to my cards lately. I tried a number of different colors before choosing yellow sequins from Doodlebug.
Thanks for stopping by!
