Hello! Today I am sharing a floral card watercolored with Zig Clean Color Brush markers.
I stamped Penny Black’s Sweet Perfume (this is an older cling stamp which appears to be retired) with Versafine ink on Canson Montval paper. I colored the image with a variety of Zig markers including Carmine, Light Carmine, Yellow, Bright Yellow, Orange, Light Green, May Green, and Persian Blue.
Once dry, I trimmed the watercolored panel to 4 1/2″ wide by 5 1/2″ tall.
I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment from the Sentiment Collection set and cut it with the smaller tag in the 51-007 Tagged die set. I cut the tag reinforcement piece from black cardstock. I attached the tag to the background with dimensional adhesive and used twine to finish off the card.
Fabulous watercoloring, Jean – such a wonderful large floral image! Just love how you did the sentiment with the tag and twine too!!
Your watercoloring is lovely, such a vibrant panel.
The coloring is absolutely beautiful! So bright and vibrant. I love how that stamp filled the entire card. Great job!
