Hello! Today I am sharing a spring version of a card I made last fall with Penny Black supplies. You can see the fall version here.
- I cut the shelf, the white flower, hydrangea stem, and vases with dies in the 51-653 Autumn Decor set.
- I cut the 51-610 Hydrangea pieces from light-pink cardstock and cardstock to which I had applied Kitsch Flamingo Embossing Glaze.
- I cut the bird with the 51-657 Wildwood set from cardstock to which I had applied Broken China Embossing Glaze.
- I cut the garden tools, watering can, smaller flowers, and planter with dies in the 51-510 A Garden set from a variety of cardstock pieces.
- I adhered the pieces to an A2-size card base on which I had stamped the sentiment from the 30-703 Blooming Sentiments set and applied Distress Inks for the horizon line.
Great great card! The yellow glow is just perfect. How do you keep on doing that? Penny Black just has great sentiments too!
Beautiful encouragement card.
What a fun way to stretch your dies, changing autumn to spring. Great color combo, Jean and I love the sentiment too!!
