I’m playing along with Share Joy Challenge #16 at Taylored Expressions.
I used the sketch and created a CAS Valentine’s card:
I stamped the cat image from the Stitch by Stitch set by coloring the stamp with Memento markers. I cut the image with one of the circle dies in the Stitched Circle Stacklets set. I heat embossed a sentiment from Love Makes the World Go Round and cut it with one of the Stitched Banner Stacklets dies.
I dry-embossed a rectangle cut with the largest die in the Stitched Rectangle Stacklets set with the Swiss Hearts embossing folder and adhered that to the card base. I used a couple of the Stitched Square Stacklets dies to create the Earl Grey triangle I placed behind the cat (I don’t know that I’ve ever used a triangle die cut on a card before!). This card came together quickly with the various Stacklets die sets!

This is so so perfect! Valentines day abounds with sweet sappy cards – not that I have anything against them – just that I don’t have anyone I can appropriately send them to. As I am a cat lover, this hits all those people I’d like to send a sweet but not sappy card to, ha-ha… Thanks so much Jean for the great little card I plan to case like crazy.
