Hello! Today I am sharing a card created with the Tim Holtz Colorize Bloom die set. The die set was introduced in his 2021 Sizzix Chapter One. Chapter Two is debuting this weekend.
- To begin, I dry-embossed kraft cardstock with the Intertwined folder. I used a diffuser (appears to be discontinued) so that the center section was not dry-embossed.
- I applied Distress Inks and Distress Spray to the panel to give it character.
- I cut the Colorize Bloom pieces from cardstock on which I had already applied inks. Once cut, I added additional ink. I glued the pieces together, which is a bit like a jigsaw puzzle.
- I stamped the Tiny Text sentiment on a small white cardstock strip.
- I added the pieces to the dry-embossed background.
