Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti Day Two

It’s Day Two of the Countdown to Confetti at Reverse Confetti! Today, Reverse Confetti introduces two awesome stamp sets – Circle Sentiments and God is Good. The Circle Sentiments set coordinates with the Scalloped Circle Confetti Cuts.

For my first project, I paired one of the God is Good sentiments with the Sun ‘n Clouds Confetti Cuts and a heart cut with a die in the Love Note set. I masked the card front to stamp and heat emboss “Faith” from the sentiment. Then I masked “Faith” and stamped the rest of the sentiment in black ink.

I created a gift tag by heat-embossing one of the Circle Sentiments, which I cut with a circle die and adhered to a Scalloped Circle die cut. This is a super easy way to dress up a gift of homemade cookies.

To create a graduation card, I used another sentiment from Circle Sentiments that I paired with flags, cut with one of the dies in the Stitched Flag Trio Confetti Cuts set. I cut the flags from gold cardstock to which I added chipboard letters; I drew the banner string/wire.

Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti Day One

It’s Countdown to Confetti time at Reverse Confetti! There are FIVE stamp sets, SIX Confetti Cuts and “Let’s Celebrate” Quick Card Panels in the May “Birthday Release”!! Today, Reverse Confetti introduces two awesome stamp sets – Monkey Business and Party Hats – both with coordinating Confetti Cuts!

My first project features the stamp set Monkey Business, with its coordinating Confetti Cuts set.

I used one of the dies in the Shakers ‘n Frames Confetti Cuts set to cut the windows in the polka-dot panel. I stamped the monkey three times and colored the images with Copic makers. The sentiment is heat-embossed.

My next project features a stamped image from Party Hats cut with its coordinating Confetti Cuts set. I combined two of the dies in the Shakers ‘n Frames Confetti Cuts set to make a frame for some Star Garlands. I added Distress Stickles to the stars for a little more sparkle and shine.

Reverse Confetti “Spring is in the Air” Blog Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti Spring Fling Blog Hop!  You should have reached my blog from Leigh’s.

Today, I’m sharing a thank you gift idea created with one of the four dies in the Layered Banner Duo Confetti Cuts set. I had in mind an appreciation gift when I created this project-the gift would work as a thank you to a teacher, a volunteer, or a work colleague.

I cut the banner in three colors of cardstock to which I adhered wood letters from my stash. (I have a lot of chipboard and wood veneer alphabet sets!) I punched the banner pieces in the corners and ran twine through the holes, tying the twine onto the stakes, which are BBQ skewers. The banner is an easy way to make a distinctive and customized gift.

ColourQ Challenge #287

I’m playing along with colourQ challenge #287 with a CAS card created with Reverse Confetti stamps and Confetti Cuts.

I cut the red patterned paper arrows and the ampersand with the Documented Confetti Cuts set. The sentiment is from Arrows ‘n Elements. For some textural interest, I dry-embossed the bottom gray panel.

Reverse Confetti April SFYTT

Have you seen this month’s SFYTT at Reverse Confetti?

I stamped the popsicles with images from the Let’s Chill set and cut them with their coordinating Confetti Cuts. The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped and heat-embossed. I used the Wonky Double Edge Scallop Border Confetti Cuts die to add some whimsy to the layers.

I hope you’ll play along! Head on over to link up your card on the Reverse Confetti Blog for your chance to win a $20 Reverse Confetti gift certificate and the title of ‘Fetti Fave!
