Fabulous inspiration in the Online Card Classes Clean & Simple Card Making 2 course today! But first I’m sharing a card I made yesterday from Monday’s lesson. This is my take on Kristina Werner’s fabulous design.
For today’s lesson I tried two versions of the cards shared by Jennifer McGuire.
The design uses gradient stamping. I experimented with a variety of shadow and chalk inks. As you can see, my chevron stamp needs a bit more seasoning! Jennifer’s cards included bows created with a new die set that I don’t own. For the time being, I’m trying to make each day’s cards with what I have on hand, and then make a shopping list towards the end of class with some of the goodies that have been shared each day.
Supplies: The Twinery; Simon Says Stamp banner die + sentiment; Spellbinders circle die; ColorBox pigment ink; Fresh pigment ink
Love your cards 🙂 What a great job you did on the gradient shading !
Oh I love your cards!!!!
All of your cards are just beautiful!!!
These look fantastic! You are really absorbing what’s being taught in class & it shows in your cards.
Lovely cards – I am still on day 1……Maybe I’ll have more time tomorrow!
Great cards. I particularly like the gradient effect with the chevrons!
Hi Jean all of your cards are fabulous! Clean and beautiful. I am a bit behind but had to drop in to say hi!
