Avery Elle Dog-Gone Awesome

I’ve been continuing to practice my Copic coloring. This card features one of the adorable images from the Avery Elle Furry Friends set.

After trying several combinations of Copic markers in shades of brown, I was happiest with the technique in which you start with the Colorless Blender and then add color. It gives a softer look to the colored image. I cut the image with its corresponding die. I heat embossed the sentiment from the same Furry Friends set on brown cardstock, then cutting it with the largest tag die from the Gift Tags set. The patterned paper is from an older Studio Calico pad.
