Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS patriotic card created with Taylored Expressions products that I am entering into the Freshly Made Sketches 340 challenge.
To create the card:
- I die-cut the Caps Lock – USA (Sugar Cube cardstock) and the two stars (Cherry Pop and Blue Corn cardstock).
- I did a repeat stamping in Blue Corn ink of one of the phrases in the TE Land of the Free set on Sugar Cube cardstock, which I matted with TE patterned paper, to go behind the die-cuts.
- I dry-embossed the Sprinkles cardstock card base with the Fireworks folder.
- I assembled the pieces, popping up the USA with foam adhesive.
Wow! That is totally a patriotic card! Love the red, white and blue! That star is fantastic! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
Fabulous USA card, Jean! Just adore the design!! The repeated sentiment strip looks great behind the layered star!
