We are having a record-breaking heat wave here in the Pacific Northwest. Lying in a hammock is about all I have the energy to do!
I stamped this adorable image from the Newton’s Nook Aloha Newton set with Versafine ink on Arches hot-press paper. I colored the image with a variety of watercolor mediums, including Distress Inks and portable palettes (no longer available). I used Taylored Expressions ink and cardstock for the Tropical Leaves stenciled background.
The background is just perfect. Very cute card. 112 here yesterday, I need a hammock but will have to hang it inside!
Ahhh Newton looks quite comfortable for his nap. Fabulous background.
