Hello! Today, I am sharing a Halloween card featuring the Taylored Expressions Sarcasti-chick dressed for Halloween.
I used the Haunted Cutting Plate as a frame over the Twinkle Twinkle Background, adding a ghost and Spooky Clouds to the scene.
