Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas: Memory Keeping

Welcome to the final day of Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas – an event to provide ideas and inspiration for the holidays! Today we’re featuring Christmas Memory Keeping projects! I’ve included a list of everyone sharing ideas today at the end of the post.

I created a Painter’s Tray Memory Box capturing some of our family’s Christmas memories.

Reverse Confetti Memory Keeping Tray

I embellished four panels with Reverse Confetti die cuts. On five of the panels, I included holiday photos taken over the years. I printed journaling, (created on the computer), on vellum, which I backed with double-sided adhesive and attached to patterned paper for three of the panels.

For the first panel, I created a title on my computer which I attached to a large snowflake cut with the Layered Snowflake Confetti Cuts.

The “Deck the Halls” panel includes garlands cut from gold glitter paper with the Circle Garland Confetti Cuts.

I cut the wreath with the smaller dies in the Wreaths Confetti Cuts set and added a bow from the Tagged Tote Confetti Cuts set.

I cut the larger tree from the Branch Out Confetti Cuts set and added branches cut from gold glitter paper.

Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas: Gift Giving

Welcome to the second day of Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas – an event to provide ideas and inspiration for the holidays! Today we’re featuring Christmas Gift Giving projects! I’ve included a list of everyone sharing ideas today at the end of the post.

For my first project, I created a tag with the Gift Card Holder Tag decorated to look like Santa’s suit.

GiftGiving1

I added a heat-embossed sentiment from the Tinsel ‘n Trim set and buttons cut with one of the Hang Ups die. I also attached a die-cut “Ho Ho Ho” conversation bubble (using the Jolly Holiday stamp set and coordinating die) to the gift card. The gift underneath is a coloring book, and I plan to include either an envelope with cash for art supplies or an art supply store gift card.

My next project is a tag for the coffee lover on your list, created with the partial cutting technique and one of the dies in the Caffeinated Cups Confetti Cuts set.

GiftGiving3

I cut the cup out of a folded cardstock rectangle leaving a section on the left-hand side intact. For the interior, I stamped a sentiment from Tinsel ‘n Trim on red cardstock with white pigment ink and cut it with the coffee cup wrap die included in the Caffeinated Cups Confetti Cuts set.

For the exterior of the tag, I stamped the Caffeinated Cups stamp set images, cut them the coordinating dies and attached them to the front of the white cardstock tag. I used the Hang Ups Confetti Cuts to create a tab on the back through which I strung the baker’s twine.

I also created an up-cycled gift tag for coffee using a Starbucks holiday cup.

UpcycledCoffeeTag-2

I cut the coffee cup with the Caffeinated Cups Confetti Cuts die and added latte art from the Caffeinated Cups stamp set. I created the tag with the Gift Card Holder Tag from patterned paper. I cut the coffee cup with the Hang Ups die set, through which I strung cord to tie around the coffee bag. This tag took just a few minutes to put together!

My last project is a tag for individually wrapped cookies featuring a heat-embossed sentiment from the With Love set.

I embellished the tag, cut with the Thanks Tag Confetti Cuts, with die cuts from the Holly set. This one is easy to mass produce.

There’s lots of inspiration being shared today by the design team, check it out!

I finished the tag off with die cuts from the Hang Ups Confetti Cuts and a silver ribbon.

With the Alphabetical stamp set it’s a cinch to personalize your gift tags.

I used a sentiment from the With Love set on a tag cut with the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts, which I embellished with the Hang Ups, Wreaths and Tagged Tote Confetti Cuts set.

Short on time? Simply cut a Holly Jolly Quick Card Panel with the Gift Card Holder Tag Confetti Cuts die!

Freshly Made Sketches #210 – Reverse Confetti JOY

I’m playing along with the Freshly Made Sketches #210 Challenge with Reverse Confetti stamps and dies.

Here’s my take on the sketch:

FMS210

I took some liberty with my CAS design by creating the items/shapes in three sizes and moving them out of line. I cut the snowflakes with the Let It Snow Confetti Cuts and adhered them to die cut circles. I heat-embossed a sentiment from the Tinsel ‘N Trim stamp set and cut it with the banner from the Tag Me Confetti Cuts set.
