Reverse Confetti SFYTT February 2015

Have you seen this month’s SFYTT at Reverse Confetti?

SFYTT21_Feb15

I created a CAS card with the plane from Here We Go Confetti Cuts as the focal point.

I cut the plane within the Class Act rectangle so that the plane would be a negative image. I added the die-cut propeller on top. I stamped the larger rectangle, cut with Documented, with a sentiment from Arrows ‘n Elements in gray ink to match the card base. The yellow stars were cut with Oh My Stars.

January Reverse Confetti SFYTT

Have you seen this month’s Sketch for You to Try at Reverse Confetti?

Jan2015SFYTT

I’m playing along with a floral arrangement stamped and cut with the recently-released Love Blooms stamp set and corresponding Confetti Cuts.

I heat-embossed the sentiment from Forever Fall on a banner cut with Tag Me, tucking that under my floral arrangement, stamped in colors to coordinate with the patterned-paper panel.

Reverse Confetti December SFYTT

I’m playing along with this month’s Sketch for You to Try at Reverse Confetti  using a stamped sentiment and snowflakes from the Let It Snow Confetti Cuts set.

DecSketchJM

To create the inlaid snowflake circles, I ran the snowflake die (from the Let It Snow Confetti Cuts set) placed inside a circle die through my Big Shot. I repeated for each of the five colors. I then cut the snowflakes again out of silver foil paper. I removed the snowflakes from the colored circles, put some Scotch tape on the back and placed the silver foil snowflakes inside. I added a silver glitter strip to the card base to tie in the silver-and-sparkle theme. I also heat embossed the sentiment, from the Tinsel ‘N Trim set, with silver powder, and cut it with the Tag Me banner.
