Hello! Today I am delighted to be participating in a blog hop along with a number of other crafters sharing projects created with Spellbinders March 2020 Club Subscriptions. I am sharing a spring- / Easter-themed gift-card project created with the March Small Die of the Month kit – “24 Carrot.” You should have reached me from the blog of Bibi Cameron.
To celebrate this release Spellbinders is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 5 lucky blog readers – selected from the comments on the Spellbinders Blog. Hop along for additional chances to win. Giveaway closes on Sunday, March 22, 11:59 pm EDT. The winner will be announced on the Spellbinders Blog post the following Tuesday. The winner is responsible for shipping cost, duties, and taxes.
Additionally, I will be drawing a winner to receive a $25 gift certificate from the comments on my blog. Deadline is Friday, March 20 at 11:59pm EDT. The winner is responsible for shipping cost, duties, and taxes.
Please note, store credit (gift certificates) cannot be applied to Club Subscriptions. Store credit can be applied to shop past Club products, Club extras and regular releases.
I used the Festive Wreaths Slider Card to create a gift card slider card, cutting the pieces from patterned paper and solid cardstock. The area revealed easily fits a gift card. I used a Starbucks gift card because that’s one of my favorite gift cards to receive!

Hello! This is a CAS friendship card of hope – that life will return to a time in which we can stop social distancing and self-isolating. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we’re hoping while we stay at home. I’m crafting to keep my wits about me. Imagine the pleasure of a simple coffee date with a friend.
I die-cut the Spellbinders Layered Friends Forever café scene from black cardstock into which I inlaid the awning colors. I dry-embossed the back piece with the Inspire embossing folder.
The Layered Friends Forever die set includes an additional die (which cuts a sentiment that goes on the front of the café scene). Instead of using that layer, I stamped the MFT Cup of Love sentiment on to the yellow background. If you’d like to see the scene with the die-cut sentiment check out this post.
Hello and Happy March! 2020 is flying by. Today I am sharing two cards created with the March Small Die of the Month kit from Spellbinders – “24 Carrot.” The set includes nine dies with which you can create spring- and Easter-themed cards. Let’s take a look!
My first card features the carrot and two bunnies on a playful card using the “What’s Up?” sentiment included in the set.
For my second card, I placed one of the bunnies on top of a wreath constructed using the foliage dies included in the set.
Hello and Happy February! Today, I am sharing two friendship cards created with the February Small Die of the Month kit from Spellbinders – “Art Studio Botanicals.” The set includes seven dies with which you can create fun abstract art – three circle shapes feature botanical images, three circle shapes feature geometrical images, and a circle die (to cut the outline on the images and to cut a solid circle).
My first card features the assembled circles placed around a “hello” sentiment on an A2-sized card.
I cut the botanical images from Whip Cream cardstock. I cut the geometrical pieces from green, blue, and teal cardstock. I cut the bottom circles from black. I assembled the circle stacks and added them to the card front. I added enamel dots to help fill the “white space.”
My second card is sized 6 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ and features the assembled circles in a row.
I cut the botanical images from Whip Cream cardstock. I cut the geometrical pieces from teal, blue, and red cardstock. I cut the bottom circles from black. I assembled the circle stacks and added them to a yellow cardstock rectangle. I heat-embossed the sentiment on to dark grey cardstock.
