The Poppystamps Blog Blitz is underway! Today, I’m sharing a winter holiday-themed card featuring several of the new release dies combined with Poppystamps favorites.
To create a cozy holiday scene, I started with the Elegant Stair Frame, which cuts and embosses. For color and decoration, I cut the Leafy Garland several times and attached it to the banister, adding some pearls as embellishment. I cut a portion of the Frozen Border and put it behind the Small Madison Window, to give the illusion of a snowstorm outside. The staircase frame is attached to the card base with dimensional adhesive to create depth. I finished off the scene with a cat and sentiment I created on my computer.
As part of the new release, Poppystamps is giving away a die featured in each post. For a chance to win the Elegant Stair Frame die, comment over on the Poppystamps blog.
For every post on the blog between July 1-15 we’ll be giving away a die. Comment on any of the posts that you’d like to enter by Midnight US EST July 18. Winners will be posted on the Poppystamps blog on July 20.

LOVE it Jean! You nailed it!
Oh, my…more dies I want! This is AWESOME, Jean! I love the bannister with the garland next to the window. The cat is pretty cool, too. 🙂
Cool looking holiday card. Nice combination of die elements.
I love this scene! Love the traditional color scheme and the snowflake in the window!
