I’m sharing a card created for The Heart Desires Challenge #1. I absolutely fell in love with the inspiration images!
I love the colors and the sea creature theme!
I pulled out an older Paper Smooches set -“Surf & Turf” – whose images I Copic colored and fussy cut. I added hearts cut with a Lawn Fawn die from cardstock, which I colored with Copic markers for an exact match to die-cut circles. The background (Stampin’ Up cardstock) was dry-embossed with a Tim Holtz embossing folder. You can never have enough wave background options – I think I’m going to have to add this embossing folder to my list!
So cute! I love the embossing and the little orange hearts in the circles.

Darling card Jean – I always like to see unexpected dark colors for a background. I have so many more than I ever manage to use up so I’ll be casing this for sure.
Love this card. I just ordered a waive ef from the new Stampin Up catalog and am looking forward to using it.
