Hello crafty friends! I’m delighted to share a CAS slimline card created with the Spellbinders January 2022 Embossing Folder Kit Club “Spreading Love.” This is a brand-new Spellbinders kit club for 2022. The folder size will generally be 5.5 x 8.5 inches and can be used to make cards in a variety of sizes including slimline, 5 x 7, and A2.
- Die-cut nine 1-inch strips, greater in length than 3 1/2 inches, from colored cardstock. I was inspired by the colors of the iconic conversation heart candies.
- Tape together on the back and trim to slimline size.
- Dry-emboss with the “Spreading Love” Embossing Folder.
- Glimmer-foil the sentiments in Matte Silver on Snowdrift cardstock with plates in the Everyday Sentiments II set. Cut with outline heart die in the Large Die of the Month set.
- Add sentiment hearts to dry-embossed panel.
- Embellish with hearts cut using dies in the Heart to Heart Tag set.
Love this. As a child, I always ate the purple ones first! Fun colors!
