Hello! I am over on the Spellbinders blog sharing three projects showcasing the Shadowbox by Becca Feeken collection. I hope you will head on over and check them out!

Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS birthday card created with dies. I have been looking at quilt patterns lately. I don’t quilt, but it’s a craft I have considered taking up. Although this card isn’t quilt-themed, I used color and repetition (used a lot in quilting) in its design.

Hello! Today, I am sharing a card created for a special crafty friend who likes frogs. She customizes her handmade cards based on the recipients’ interests, professions, etc. and the ideas that she has shared sound amazing. I had been mulling over different winter birthday ideas (such as Happy BRRRthday) but threw them out the window and went with the frog theme instead.

I figured if you like frogs, the more the merrier! I used patterned paper from my stash for the background within the Avery Elle Photo Mat as well as for the card base. The MFT sentiment is not from a birthday set, but I thought it would be a fun one to use.
Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS die-cut Valentine’s Day card featuring the Baby Envelope Die with a sentiment cut from the Miss Your Swirl die set.

I created the background with patterned paper from my stash to which I added a vellum circle in the center. I wanted to quiet the pattern so that the sentiment would be more visible.

I glued the assembled envelope to the circle and then added the letters and the hearts (cut with the Gingerbread Boy die set).
Hello! Today, I am sharing a quick and easy CAS die-cut Valentine’s Day card featuring the My Favorite Things Hot Cocoa Cups.

I cut the pink and blue cups from Stampin’ Up cardstock along with latte and white cardstock. I added letters created with a retired Memory Box alphabet die set. I used the largest square stitched Lawn Fawn die to cut the card background from Stampin’ Up cardstock.
