Lawn Fawn Father’s Day Card

Hello! With Father’s Day just a few weeks away (how did it get to be almost June!), I’m sharing a Father’s Day card created with Lawn Fawn stamps and dies.

I created a forest/mountain scene with a trio of Copic-colored critters (not realistic at all!).

Stamping the Dad + Me sentiment on one of the Everyday Sentiment Banners made it easier for me to place the critters than if I had chosen to heat-emboss the sentiment on the forest panel. I used different Copic-combinations of browns for the critters so that they wouldn’t all be colored the same.

Lawn Fawn Flamingo Hello

Hello! Today, I’m sharing a Hello card created with Lawn Fawn stamps and dies.

Lawn Fawn Flamingo Together

I stamped and colored the Flamingo Together images with Copic markers. I added the colored flamingos, cut with their corresponding dies, to a panel on which I combined Distress Inks using the Claritystamp Brushes. I cut the letters with Cole’s ABCs from white cardstock and foam.

To finish off the card, I used a die in the Scalloped Rectangle Stackables set to create a flirty frame which I felt went well with the feminine theme of the card.

Lawn Fawn Flower Power – Mother’s Day Card

Hello! Today I’m sharing a CAS Mother’s Day card featuring the Lawn Fawn Flower Power die set.

Lawn Fawn Flower Power

I made this card with my mother in mind, although she is no longer alive. She absolutely loved bright colors (no pastels for her)! And this style of flower reminds me of the bright flowers from the 1960s, which were seemingly everywhere! I cut the flowers, leaves, and flower centers from a variety of cardstock colors. I cut A LOT of flowers before choosing two shades of orange and two shades of pink. I used my MISTI to stamp the sentiment (two separate stamps from the Lawn Fawn Mom + Me set) at the same time.

Take It Easy – Lawn Fawn Hang in There

Hello! Today, I’m sharing a CAS friendship card featuring Lawn Fawn’s Hang in There stamp set. Who can resist this cute sloth?!

Lawn Fawn Hang in There

I stamped and colored the images, using Copic markers and colored pencils. I added the cut images to a background colored with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink. The heat-embossed sentiment was cut with a die in the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables set. I used a Taylored Expressions dry-embossing folder for some texture.
