Hello! Today, I’m sharing a holiday card featuring the adorable Taylored Expressions Elf Grumplings. Who hasn’t felt like going on strike during this time of year once or twice?
I stamped and Copic-colored the elves, adding them to a CAS card design on which I combined patterned paper (from my stash) and packages created with the All Wrapped Up die.

Hello. Today, I’m sharing a Christmas card featuring Taylored Expressions Santa’s Helpers.
I followed a tutorial by Michele Boyer on the Taylored Expressions blog to Copic-color these cute images. Once I had Santa’s helpers colored, I created the rest of the holiday scene with Dashing Through the Snow, Jolly Old St. Nick (I used only part of the die-cut), Build a Scene – Rolling Hills and a heat-embossed sentiment from In & Out Christmas.

Hello! Today I’m a guest over in the Ellen Hutson Classroom for the 12 Tags of Christmas Challenge. Paired with the talented Sharon Harnist, I’m sharing a tag created with the color scheme Classic White Christmas.
My tag features Taylored Expressions die cuts and a heat-embossed sentiment from the Season to Sparkle set designed by Julie Ebersole.

Before you go, I’ve also got a CAS Christmas card combining images and sentiment from the Santa’s Flight set designed by Julie Ebersole with Taylored Expressions die cuts.
I heat-embossed the Santa and reindeer with WOW Metallic Platinum Sparkle embossing powder for a shimmering look. The card base was covered with American Crafts Glitter Paper.

Before you head off to shop, I’ve got a few more Valentines-themed projects to share!
I stamped and die cut the hearts with the Filled with Love Stamp & Die Combo set and attached them to a panel, which I had stamped with a sentiment from the set. To keep the hearts in a straight line, I used the panel from which I’d die cut the hearts as a guide. This card was super easy and quick to assemble.

My second card is a variation of my first!
I stamped and die cut the hearts with the Filled with Love Stamp & Die Combo set and attached them to the card base. I added a sentiment cut with the Sweet Script die, which I colored in an ombre fashion with several TE pink inks.

My final card features the Sweet Script die, colored with several TE pink inks.
I paired the Sweet Script die-cut with a How Sweet It Is sentiment and die-cuts created with the Little Bits – Donut, Little Bits – Cupcake and Little Bits – Ice Cream Cone sets. I cut the donuts, cupcakes and ice cream cones from cardstock colored with the TE inks. I added Ranger Picket Fence Stickles to simulate sugar.

Hello! Welcome to Day One of the Taylored Expressions December Sneak Peeks. Love is in the air! This month’s release features products designed for creating Valentine’s Day cards as well as classroom/friend treats! The December products will be released Thursday, December 8 @ 7 AM PST!
I’ve created two cards to share today. My first card features the Floating Hearts Cutting Plate. Be sure to scroll to the end of the post for a promotion of this TE Web Store exclusive.
To create the card, I used the cutting plate die to cut the Sugar Cube cardstock frame into which I added the hearts cut from colored cardstock in a variety of colors. Once all of the pieces were in the frame, I put Scotch tape on the back. I heat-embossed the Brushstroke Valentine sentiment on vellum, which I then cut with a circle die (carefully applying liquid adhesive under the letters to attach the vellum to the die-cut panel).

For my next card, I combined the Roly Poly – Monkey with a sentiment from How Sweet It Is, which I stamped with two different colored inks.
I cut the monkey from watercolor cardstock to which I had applied TE inks. Isn’t that monkey sweet?!?!
