Today, I’m sharing a card featuring the new Warmest Wishes stamp set from My Favorite Things in a color combination I don’t think I’ve ever used before!

I Copic-colored the adorable girl from the set, pairing her with a circle stamped and heat embossed with the Star Background and a sentiment from Cheerful Christmas Greetings. The white panel was cut with the stitched die in the Blueprints 13 set. (One of my most used dies!) In terms of the colors, I found that the green Copics blended well. I first tried using shades of red for her coat, but I was much happier with the results using green. One fun thing about coloring – you can try as many different combinations as you heart desires!

I colored the palm tree and the surfboard with Copics; I stamped both on Gina K layering weight cardstock. I used the coordinating die to cut the palm tree; I fussy cut the surfboard. I used the Mama Elephant die set to cut the sandy hill, placed in front of two lines of waves cut with the Taylored Expressions Wave Border.
