Lawn Fawn Happy Easter

With Valentine’s Day now in the rear-view mirror, I’m sharing an Easter card created with several Lawn Fawn sets.

Lawn Fawn Happy Easter

The Pretty Pink Posh Storybook frame makes it easy to coordinate stamped images without building large scenes. The bunnies are actually from a winter Lawn Fawn set.

Lawn Fawn Keep Cozy

Today I’m sharing a winter-themed, friendship card, featuring one of the cute critters from Lawn Fawn’s Party Animal set.

Jean Manis Lawn Fawn Keep CozyI kept the design similar to this card in order to focus on my Copic coloring. The Lawn Fawn Journaling Card die provides a background that’s just the right size for the critters. I used a woodgrain dry-embossed background for an outdoorsy feel.

Warmest Wishes

Today, I’m sharing a winter-themed friendship card in which I followed the Copic coloring by Debbie Olson using the Cool Day stamp set from My Favorite Things.

WarmestWishes-PolarBear

I colored the polar bear using most of the same Copic marker colors shown on Debbie’s card (I don’t own all of the ones she does, so made a few substitutions). I took the clues from the coloring of the scarf for the rest of the card. For the background, I dry-embossed a panel of cardstock cut with the largest stitched die in the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables set. Keeping with the winter theme, I used the Taylored Expressions Cable Knit embossing folder. I heat-embossed a sentiment from the MFT Stamps Warmest Wishes and cut it with the smallest die in the Lawn Fawn Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables set. I used the rounded-rectangle die in the Stitched Journaling Card set to cut a background sky as well as cut two snowbanks, which I’d already cut with dies in the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Border set. I finished off the background with a few snowflakes cut with the Lawn Fawn Mini Snowflakes set.

Lawn Fawn Thanks with Stitched Leaves

Today, I’m sharing a project showcasing the Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves dies.

LawnFawnThanksStitchedLeaves

I used Peerless watercolors to color watercolor paper in a variety of reds and greens. Once dry, I cut the leaves with several of the Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves dies. I cut the Thanks sentiment twice from dark brown cardstock.

I used a Sizzix die set to create the scallop-edge frame. I attached the leaves to the card base (some directly and others with dimensional adhesive). Once finished I decided the card needed some sequins (from a now-retired Lawn Fawn package) in autumn colors! The scallop frame was attached to the card base with dimensional foam adhesive.

Fall Hello Die Cut Tag

Today I’m sharing a fall-themed tag featuring the Taylored Expressions Little Bits Fox.

I combined the die cut fox with several favorite scene builders – the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border and Impression Obsession Beach Fence. The sentiment, from a retired Hero Arts set, was stamped on a Memory Box cloud.

Hope your week is off to a great start!
