- Emboss cardstock in a variety of colors with the July Embossing Folder. Cut dry-embossed panels, reassemble, and trim to mini slimline size.
- Cut circle from the center with a die in the Fluted Classics set.
- Glimmer foil the Birthday Unboxing sentiment in Teal on Snowdrift cardstock.
- Add foiled panel to back of dry-embossed panel.
- Cut balloons with dies in the Open Road set. Add to center with dot and foam adhesive.
- Embellish with Teal Sequins.
What a clever idea! Great card with all the texture and color.
