Reverse Confetti Stock Your Stash Challenge – Thank You

Hello! Today I am sharing a masculine Thank You card created with Reverse Confetti products for this month’s Stock Your Stash Challenge with the theme of Thank You.

I stamped and colored the plant image from the Botanical set and cut it with its coordinating die. (I’ve used this stamp set on cards in this post and this one.)
I cut the Plaid Lines Small and Plaid Lines Big from white cardstock and added them to a brown card base (Lawn Fawn Paper Bag cardstock).
I stamped the Best Sentiments sentiment on to an Avocado cardstock rectangle.
I sponged Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Ink on white cardstock and added the panel to the back of a frame cut with the Stitched Notes & Frames set.
I added the sentiment and plant with foam adhesive.

Spellbinders December Clubs Blog Hop

For the hop, I created two CAS holiday cards using this month’s Small Die of the Month kit (“Daydreaming”) and Large Die of the Month kit (“Look Behind the Curtain”).

I used the same approach on both cards: patterned paper as the scene through the window, the Small Die of the Month window oriented horizontally on a card base glimmer foiled with a Holiday Series 2 sentiment, and a curtain created with the Large Die of the Month curtain panel (cut in two) .

The Large Die of the Month set includes dies to create a moving curtain panel. Figuring that a lot of people might be short on time during the holidays, I wanted to show how to create cards without an operable curtain. With the Large Die of the Month set, I cut one curtain panel and cut it into two pieces. I framed the window scene with the panels and the curtain valance. Quick and simple!

On the second scene, I added a cat cut with a die in the Small Die of the Month set along with packages cut with dies in the Home for the Holidays set.

Penny Black – Christmas Ornaments

Hello! Today I am sharing a CAS holiday card created with Penny Black die sets.

With the 51-659 Beautified Baubles set, I cut the two ornaments. The set includes overlay dies; I used the circle die in the set alone.
I cut the snowflake strip with the 51-671 Cozy die.
I added the Cozy strip to a card base covered with patterned paper.
I adhered the assembled ornaments to the strip.
I adhered the sentiment cut with the 51-698 Frozen Vista Cut Out to the top.

Penny Black Winter Greetings

Hello! Today I am sharing a CAS seasonal card created with Penny Black supplies. I wanted to create a card that celebrated the beauty of the winter months.

I die-cut the polar bears with the 51-668 Festive Family set from white flock.
I die-cut the snow bank with the same set and added it to a navy cardstock panel, on which I had stamped the 30-731 Christmas Moments sentiment in white pigment ink.
To fill the sky, I added snowflakes cut with the 51-268 A Blizzard, 51-080 Around Town, and 51-066 Crystal Trio sets.
I added the polar bears with foam adhesive.
I added the panel to a patterned paper card base for additional visual interest.

Spellbinders December 2020 Clear Stamp Club

Hello! Today I am sharing a special friendship card created with this month’s Clear Stamp of the Month Club – “Ballerina Sentiments” – along with the Large Die of the Month kit – “Look Behind the Curtain” – at Spellbinders. (I shared a card using the Large Die of the Month kit here.)

I stamped the row of ballerinas with “Hello” and “Friend” on a Whip Cream cardstock panel.
I Copic-colored the ballerinas before diecutting the top of the panel with the curtain slot.
I cut the curtain pieces from red velvet cardstock and the rods from gold foil.
I added the Whip Cream panel to a Brush Gold card base and added the curtain assembly.
Once everything was in place, I embellished the curtains with gold sequins.
