Elizabeth Craft Designs | Scarecrow

Hello! Today, I am sharing a fall-themed card featuring the Elizabeth Craft Designs Scarecrow die set.

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Scarecrow

  • I colored Soft Finish cardstock with a variety of Distress Oxide inks from which I cut the Scarecrow pieces.
  • I stamped a white cardstock panel with the Autumn Words sentiment and cut it with the largest die in the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables set.
  • I added the stamped panel to an A2-size background of PhotoPlay Fall Plaids paper, which I attached to a card base.
  • I added the assembled Scarecrow and crows (cut with the same die set) to the panel.

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Gnome on a Hay Ride

Hello! Today I am sharing a fall-themed card created with Elizabeth Craft Designs supplies. I have titled the post “Gnome on a Hay Ride”; you could also say he is in the pumpkin patch!

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Gnome on a Hay Ride

  • I colored Soft Finish cardstock with a variety of inks from which I cut the Gnome and Hay Ride trailer and pumpkins. I used the Farmer set for the eyes. (There are eye dies in the Scarecrow set as well.) I cut the hay bale with a die in the Farm Accessories set and the crow with a die in the Scarecrow set (now discontinued).
  • I stamped the Autumn Words sentiment on to an A2-size panel on to which I applied inks for the sky and ground. I have very few fall/Halloween-themed sentiment stamp sets and just purchased this one.
  • I added the assembled trailer with gnome to the background panel with foam adhesive.

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Halloween Hay Ride

Hello! Today I am sharing a fall/Halloween card created with a combination of Elizabeth Craft Designs die sets. I am eagerly awaiting the fall- and Halloween-themed releases from the various manufacturers.

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Halloween Hay Ride

  • I colored Soft Finish Cardstock with a variety of Distress Oxide Inks from which I cut the Hay Ride and witch hat elements as well as the background grassy hill.
  • I attached the grassy hill to the stamped background panel. The sentiment is from a discontinued Taylored Expressions stamp set.
  • I glued the pumpkins, leaves, and hat to the hay wagon before adding the wagon to the background with foam adhesive.
  • To embellish, I added a single pumpkin and leaf to the lower-left corner.

Elizabeth Craft Designs Christmas Gnomes

Hello! I hope you are having a festive December thus far. Today, I am sharing a Christmas card featuring the Elizabeth Craft Designs Gnomes die set, which I just couldn’t resist.

Elizabeth Craft Designs Christmas Gnomes

  • I die-cut the Gnomes pieces including the packages from felt, cardstock, and glitter cardstock and assembled them. (The felt is from Taylored Expressions.) You can use the Farmer die set to cut the eyes.
  • I heat-embossed the Bitty Holiday Wishes (now retired) sentiment in Red Geranium and cut it with a banner die.
  • I added the Gnomes, with packages, and sentiment to now-retired Lawn Fawn patterned paper. Initially I had planned to die-cut a snowbank, however, this paper worked well with the bright felt colors.

Elizabeth Craft Designs – On the Farm

Hello! Today I am sharing another farm-themed card created with Elizabeth Craft Designs die sets. You can see more about the ECD Life is Better on the Farm Collection here. I have shared similar cards created with this collection here and here.

Elizabeth Craft Designs – On the Farm

  • I die-cut the rooster, the hen, and the farmer from cardstock colored with Distress Oxide Inks and assembled the pieces.
  • I die-cut the grass from cardstock to which I had applied Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide ink.
  • I die-cut the fence and clouds from white cardstock.
  • I applied Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to the background and added the die-cut greeting.
  • I added the layers to the card, popping the hen up with foam adhesive.
