Give Thanks – CAS Die-cut Fall-themed card

Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS fall-themed card showcasing the Impression Obsession Give Thanks stamp.

I did not know immediately how I would use the stamp, I just liked the calligraphy! After cutting and coloring the Hello Bluebird Gallery Frame 3 pieces for this card, I decided to make more to cluster around the IO sentiment. As I did with that card, I cut the pieces from soft finish cardstock and colored them with Distress Inks.

To frame the sentiment, I used the Avery Elle Die Burst frame. I also cut an inner mat with a circle die and centered the mat behind the frame.

Hello Bluebird – Happy Fall

Hello! Today, I am sharing a card featuring the fox image from the Hello Bluebird Fall Friends stamp set. This is the second card I have created with the set, see my first card here.

Hello Bluebird - Fall FriendsI stamped the fox, pumpkin, and leaves, colored them with Copic markers and colored pencils, and cut the items with their corresponding dies. For the card base and the background, I used patterned paper from a Carta Bella set; I added a frame, cut with a die from a now retired MFT set, from the Lawn Fawn Paper Bag cardstock (a darker Kraft color that I really like!).

I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and cut it with the smallest die in the Lawn Fawn Rectangle Stackables set.

Fall-Themed Die-cut Thanks

Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS fall-themed thank you card showcasing the Hello Bluebird Gallery Frame 3 die set. The die set includes two frames and six different fall items. I paired four of the items – acorn (I cut two), two leaves, pumpkin – with the Big Thanks sentiment from Simon Says Stamp.

I cut the items from soft finish cardstock and colored them using sponge applicators with a variety of Distress Inks. I popped the items up with foam adhesive in four of the openings and adhered the Thanks sentiment across the middle with glue adhesive. I used a wood-grain embossing folder on the card base for texture.

Spellbinders October Small Die of the Month Kit

Hello! Wow, it is already October. It is hard to believe how fast this year is going by! Today, I am delighted to be sharing three fall- and Thanksgiving-themed CAS projects created with the October Small Die Of The Month kit from Spellbinders. These cards took very little time to put together!

I grabbed a variety of warm-toned solid cardstocks (rusts, browns, tans), gold foil cardstock, and fall-themed patterned papers and started die-cutting. I backed the die-cut acorn top with solid cardstock in the card above and with gold foil below.

For all three cards, the die-cuts included in the small die kit do the “talking”- I didn’t stamp a thing!

Hello Bluebird – Fall Friends

Hello! Today, I am sharing a CAS fall-themed card showcasing the Hello Bluebird Fall Friends set (a new-to-me company from which I plan to purchase more supplies!). I stamped the adorable images and colored them with Copic markers and colored pencils.
