Lawn Fawn Fall Scene

Happy Monday! It’s a crisp fall-like day here in the Pacific Northwest. These puppies from Lawn Fawn’s Happy Howloween set are irresistible!

Happy Howloween

I Copic-colored the dogs and cut them with their corresponding dies adding them to a scene created with a variety of Lawn Fawn die cuts. I pulled the sentiment from Argyle Backdrops. Keep Cozy!

Ghostly Greetings! – Share Joy Challenge #52

Hello! I’m playing along with Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge #52.

I created a CAS Halloween-themed card:

I had the “Ghost Busters” movie in the back of my mind as I created this card. I cut the Downtown Border and backed it with cardstock (some of the windows were not punched out). I backed the Little Bits – Ghosts with gray cardstock and attached the ghosts with foam to the background, on which I had stamped the sentiment from the Boo to You set. I framed the scene with one of the Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 dies.

When I was done, my husband suggested something be added above the sentiment (“like a bat,” he said). Luckily I had just the thing – a bat from the Haunted Accessories set.

No Tricks, Just Treats – Lawn Fawn Halloween

Hello! Today I’m sharing a Halloween card created with Lawn Fawn stamps and dies.

Lawn Fawn Halloween

I Copic-colored the adorable raccoon from Lawn Fawn Holiday Party Animal and placed him in a scene created with the just-released Stitched Tree Borders. I added a sentiment from Happy Howloween which I cut with one of the dies in the Everyday Sentiment Banners set.

Haunted Halloween – TE Share Joy Challenge #48

Hello! I’m playing along with Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge #48.

I used the sketch to create a CAS Halloween card:

I used the 13 Dead End Drive die (trimming off the bottom section) to create the haunted house and witch. I backed the windows with grey cardstock and the moon with white cardstock (I normally put yellow in for moons, but I wanted to keep the color palette quiet). I used old Halloween patterned paper for the background (I have a ton of patterned paper packs for Halloween!). I used a thin tape from my stash (never before used!) for the detail strips. I stamped the Boo to You set sentiment onto cardstock, which I cut with the smallest Stitched Rectangle Stacklets die (by cutting and then cutting again to shorten the length). The bats are from the just-released Haunted Accessories set.

Boo! – TE Share Joy Challenge #47

Hello! I’m playing along with Taylored Expressions Share Joy Challenge #47.

TE Share Joy Challenge #47

I used the sketch to create a CAS Halloween card (which is more on the cute side than the spooky):

I used Chalkstock for the Little Bits – Black Cat and the crow (raven?) in the Gothic Window Accessories set. It’s such a rich black color.

The Gothic Window assembly is lifted up with foam adhesive. I cut the window background from the TE 6×6 Paper Pack – Playful Patterns – Haunted with one of the Label Stacklets 5 dies.
