Large Die of the Month - Right as Rain

Spellbinders | Tropical Flamingos

Hello! Today, I am sharing a friendship card featuring two lovely flamingos in a tropical scene – created with the Spellbinders May 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit Grand Tropical Flamingos.

- To create the card background, dry-emboss a 5″ x 7″ Waterfall cardstock panel with the Deco Holiday folder. Add to a card base.
- Cut Fresh Picked sentiment from Snowdrift and white glitter foam. Adhere together with cardstock in front and set aside.
- With the Grand Tropical Flamingos set, cut flamingos and floral items from a variety of cardstock colors. (I fussy-cut the feathers on the flamingos.) Assemble.
- Add elements to card base with dot and foam adhesive. Embellish with teal enamel dots.

Thank You Card with a Needlecraft Twist

Hello! Today, I am sharing a thank you card that combines the Deluxe Caboodle Value Club exclusive “Pins & Needles Sentiments” die set with the Spellbinders April 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit. You can see the friendship card I created with the Large Die of the Month Club Kit – “Pins & Needles Jar” – HERE.

To create the card background, add a 5″ x 7″ panel of textured pin cardstock to a card base.
Cut Large Die of the Month Club Kit and sentiment items from a variety of cardstock colors and patterned paper. Assemble as required.
Add the assembled jar to the background. Fill with the assembled items. Embellish with enamel dots for additional texture.

Spellbinders Stitching Friendship

Hello! Today, I am sharing a friendship card featuring a jar holding a miscellany of needlecraft supplies – scissors, a floss card, floss skein, thimble, buttons, needles – created with the Spellbinders April 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit, “Pins & Needles Jar.” Create a card for a different occasion by simply changing the sentiment!

- To create the card background, dry-emboss a 5″ x 7″ panel with the Tiny Dots folder. Add to a card base with debossed side face up.
- Cut Large Die of the Month Club Kit pieces from a variety of cardstock colors and patterned paper. Assemble as required.
- Add the assembled jar to the background. Fill with the assembled items.
- BetterPress the Always and Forever sentiment with Cosmic Sky ink on Snowdrift cardstock. Cut with the coordinating die. Add to the card by “pinning” it into the jar cushion.

Fairy Tale Castle Birthday Card

Hello! Today, I am sharing a birthday card that combines the Deluxe Caboodle Value Club exclusive “Fairy Tales” die set with the Spellbinders March 2024 Large Die of the Month Club Kit “Classic Tales.” You can see my first card created with the Large Die of the Month Club Kit – “Classic Tales” – HERE.

Each month, Deluxe Caboodle Value Club members receive a bonus item. The March bonus item is the exclusive Fairy Tales die set, which is ONLY available to members of the Deluxe Caboodle Club.

- Dry-emboss an A2-size cardstock panel with the Stargazer folder. Add to card base.
- Cut castle and book pieces with the “Fairy Tales” and “Classic Tales” die sets from a variety of cardstock colors. Assemble.
- BetterPress the Let’s Celebrate sentiment in black ink on Pomegranate cardstock. Trim with the book outline die in the “Classic Tales” die set.
- Add castle, book assembly, and stars to the card front.

Spellbinders | Classic Tales Large Die

Hello! Today, I am sharing a friendship card featuring a storybook house set upon a stack of books, created with the Spellbinders March 2024Large Die of the Month Club Kit – “Classic Tales.” Create cards for a variety of occasions and seasons simply by changing the sentiment and the colors. I can’t wait to make a holiday card with the set, for which I will add smoke coming from the chimney. The card reminds us that stories – whether shared through books, memories, or heartfelt crafts – hold the power to bring us closer.

- Cut an A2-size panel from Sea Glass cardstock. Dry-emboss with the Tiny Dots folder and add to card base with debossed side up.
- Cut house, trees, and books with the Large Die of the Month Club Kit from a variety of cardstock colors. Assemble.
- Create sentiment with the Always and Forever Sentiment Strips set. Cut with coordinating die.
- Add sentiment and house/trees/books to card front.
