Lawn Fawn Thanks with Stitched Leaves

Today, I’m sharing a project showcasing the Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves dies.

I used Peerless watercolors to color watercolor paper in a variety of reds and greens. Once dry, I cut the leaves with several of the Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves dies. I cut the Thanks sentiment twice from dark brown cardstock.

 

I used a Sizzix die set to create the scallop-edge frame. I attached the leaves to the card base (some directly and others with dimensional adhesive). Once finished I decided the card needed some sequins (from a now-retired Lawn Fawn package) in autumn colors! The scallop frame was attached to the card base with dimensional foam adhesive.

Fall Hello Die Cut Tag

Today I’m sharing a fall-themed tag featuring the Taylored Expressions Little Bits Fox.

I combined the die cut fox with several favorite scene builders – the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border and Impression Obsession Beach Fence. The sentiment, from a retired Hero Arts set, was stamped on a Memory Box cloud.

Reverse Confetti September SFYTT

Have you seen this month’s Sketch for You to Try at Reverse Confetti? I created a back-to-school card using the sketch as my starting point.

Here’s my take on the sketch, featuring a sentiment from My World and the Globe Confetti Cuts:

I cut both gray and red cardstock with the Globe Confetti Cuts and backed the globe with a circle cut from patterned paper (Echo Park’s Teacher’s Pet collection). The sentiment, apropos for a new school year (or any new undertaking), was stamped on patterned paper.

Mojo Monday 414 – Happy Fall

I’m playing along with the Mojo Monday 414 Challenge with a CAS fall-themed card created with Reverse Confetti stamps and Confetti Cuts.

To begin, I cut kraft and red cardstock with the Easy As Pie Confetti Cuts set (I cut both the pie top and bottom twice for added dimension). I heat-embossed a sentiment from Forever Fall on a die cut created with one of the dies in the Layered Banner Duo Confetti Cuts set. The apple patterned paper was cut with a die in the Documented Confetti Cuts set.

September Release Reverse Confetti Countdown to Confetti Day One

It’s Day One of the Countdown to Confetti at Reverse Confetti! Today, Reverse Confetti introduces Too Cute to Spook and Easy As Pie, both with coordinating Confetti Cuts, just in time for fall and Halloween paper crafting!

For my first project, I used one of the Fall Fun Quick Card Panels to frame the cat from Too Cute to Spook, which I heat-embossed on patterned paper and cut with its corresponding Confetti Cuts die. I colored in the nose, ears and stripes with a marker.

I added a heat-embossed sentiment from Spooky Sentiments cut with the banner in the Tag Me set, as well as some accessories from the Too Cute to Spook set.

For my next project, I created a fall-themed tag with the just-released Thanks Tag Confetti Cuts, along with the cat from Too Cute to Spook, the Easy As Pie Confetti Cuts and a coordinating sentiment.

I heat-embossed the sentiment and added the cat (heat-embossed on patterned paper and cut with its corresponding die) and pie to the tag. I created the hearts with the Shakers ‘n Frames Confetti Cuts set. I cut the top of the pie several times for dimension.
