Spellbinders | Tinsel Time Dancin’ Deer

Hello! Today I am sharing a Christmas mini-slimline card showcasing the adorable Dancin’ Deer die set, part of the Tinsel Time Collection at Spellbinders. Check out all the brand-new Spellbinders collections here. Scroll to the end for information on a new promotion – $20 off your $100 purchase.

Stencil dark blue cardstock with Blanco Transfer Gel through the Layered Christmas Tree stencil. Once dry, cut with die in the Mini Slimline A die set.
Cut snowbanks with dies in the Color Block Scenic Scape set. Add to stencil panel. Add assembly to mini slimline Phone Booth card base.
Cut and assemble Dancin’ Deer. Add to scene. Cut sentiment with dies in the Tinsel Time Sentiments set. Each word has a die and a matching outline die to anchor the word.
Embellish with poinsettia and leaves cut with dies in the Winter Birdhouse set and snowflakes cut with dies in the Holiday Decorations set.

Spellbinders | Camper Life

Hello! I am sharing a charming winter holidays-themed card featuring the Camper Life die set, part of the Warm Wishes Camper Collection at Spellbinders.

I created the background snow by applying Deco Foil Blanco Transfer Gel through the Layered Christmas Tree stencil on to dark gray cardstock. In order to cover the entire background (the card is 5 inches wide by 7 inches tall) I stenciled twice. Once dry, I added the panel to a card base.
With the Camper Life die set, I cut and assembled the camper, snowbank, and sentiment from Snowdrift, Brushed Silver, Lagoon, Phone Booth, brown, and silver foil cardstock.
I added the camper assembly, snowbank, and sentiment to the card background and embellished with snowflakes cut with the Holiday Decorations set.

Rubbernecker | Whimsical Die-cut Christmas Scene

Hello! Today, I am sharing a whimsical, Christmas scene created with Rubbernecker stamp and die sets. Rubbernecker has been sharing Christmas inspiration all month; head to their blog for more inspiration.

Here’s how you can make this card:

Stamp and heat-emboss the Christmas Phrases Large/Small sentiment, (this stamp set is filled with wonderful sentiments), on a dark blue A2-size cardstock panel. Cut glitter cardstock with die in the Slimline Hills set and add to bottom for snow.
Cut Slimline Christmas Tree layers from ink-colored cardstock. Cut snow from glitter cardstock with the tree layer dies and fussy-cut along the top. Adhere snow to tree layers. Assemble tree, titling the layers towards the right. Add star to top and add assembled tree to scene.
Cut deer and birds from ink-colored cardstock with Reindeer and Bird’s die set. Assemble and add to scene.
To embellish, cut packages from ink-colored cardstock with the Santa Mini set.

Spellbinders | Celebrate the Season “Winter Welcome Sled”

Hello! I have more Christmas inspiration to share from the recent releases at Spellbinders with a card that showcases the adorable Winter Welcome Sled die set, part of the Celebrate the Season Collection.

Here’s how you can make this card:

Emboss a 4 x 5 1/4 inch Brushed Silver cardstock panel with the Stargazer folder. Add to textured, white, A2-size cardstock and attach to card base.
Cut sled from kraft and Brushed Silver cardstock; assemble. Decorate with ice skates, poinsettia, and foliage cut with dies in the Winter Welcome Sled and Parcel & Post Christmas Decorations sets; cut evergreen from Green Glitter Foam. Add sled assembly to card.
Foil Glitter Wishes sentiment in Silver on Snowdrift cardstock; cut with coordinating die and add to card.
To embellish, cut snowflakes with dies in the Holiday Decorations set from Snowdrift cardstock. Add to card.
