Spellbinders | Advent Calendar Day 7

Hello! Today I am sharing card created with the surprise for Day Seven in the Crafty Advent Calendar from Spellbinders. Follow along on the Spellbinders blog for daily inspiration.

Day Seven was a three-piece stencil set with which I made a Christmas card. I used the same design as the one for Day Three.

I applied Slippery When Wet, Later Gator, and Bee Sting Lunar Paste through the stencils to Snowdrift cardstock, allowing dry time between the three applications.
Once the panel was dry, I cut with the tree die in the Blooming Tree set.
I glimmer-foiled in Gold the Mini Christmas Sentiments sentiment on a dark-red cardstock panel.
I cut the foiled panel with the largest Essential Arches die.
I adhered the arch panel to a Snowdrift cardstock A2-size base.
I embellished the tree with a star cut from Brushed Gold with a die in the Holiday Decorations set and the panel with Gold Mix Gems.

Lawn Fawn | Build-A-Snowman Snow Flurries

Hello! Today I am sharing a holiday-themed card featuring the Lawn Fawn Build-A-Snowman die set. I previously shared a card showcasing this die set here.

Cut Snow Flurries Backdrop from white cardstock.
Cut A2-size panel of Mermaid cardstock, attach to card base.
Cut snowbank from flocked cardstock with one of the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders dies. Trim and add to card base.
Cut snowmen (or snowwomen?) from glitter cardstock. Cut accessories from various colored cardstocks. Cut arms from Light Brown Woodgrain cardstock. Assemble.
Stamp Simply Winter Sentiments on Lipstick Red cardstock and cut with Everyday Sentiment Banner die.
Add Snowflake Flurries Backdrop to card base without securing the inner edges. Add snowmen to scene, placing their mittened hands outside the border. Embellish with Mini Snowflakes.

Spellbinders | Advent Calendar Day Six

Hello! Today I am sharing a holiday tag created with the Day Six surprise in the Crafty Advent Calendar from Spellbinders– a gnome die set. Follow along on the Spellbinders blog for daily inspiration. (I took Day Five off; the surprise was a peppermint-stripe embossing folder.)

Die-cut Raindrop cardstock with the Create a Decorative Tag die and dry-emboss with the Flurry of Snowflakes folder.
Die-cut glitter with die in the Color Block Scenic Scape set and Create a Decorative Tag die. Add to tag.
Die-cut gnome from Onyx, Lipstick Red, Snowdrift, and Cosmic Sky cardstock.
Stamp Let’s Celebrate sentiment on Snowdrift cardstock and cut with die in the Assorted Tags set.
Add gnome to tag with foam adhesive. Glue silver bell in gnome’s hand. Attach sentiment tag with Peppermint Cord.

Spellbinders | Advent Calendar Day Three

Hello! Today I am sharing a CAS Christmas card created with the Day Three surprise in the Crafty Advent Calendar from Spellbinders– a wavy die (another die, which I did not use, was also included). Follow along on the Spellbinders blog for daily inspiration.

I glimmer-foiled in Gold the Glimmer Wishes sentiment on a Pomegranate panel.
I cut the panel with the largest Essential Arches die. I then cut the panel with the tree die in the Blooming Tree set.
I used the advent calendar die to cut the wavy piece from Brushed Gold for nine strips. I adhered the stripes to a Fern cardstock panel.
I trimmed the Fern panel, adhered the arch panel on top, and added the assembly to an off-white card base. I embellished the tree with a star cut from Brushed Gold with a die in the Holiday Decorations set.

Hello and happy December! Today I am sharing a Christmas card created with the Day One surprise in the Crafty Advent Calendar from Spellbinders– a mailbox die, sentiment, and envelope. Follow along on the Spellbinders blog for daily inspiration.

I paired the die-cut mailbox with a glimmer-foiled sentiment from the Glitter Wishes set to create a Christmas card. I found patterned paper in my stash to cover the card base.
