Newton’s Nook | Harvest Haul

Hello! Nothing says autumn quite like a vintage pickup truck loaded with seasonal treasures! For this handmade card, I used Newton’s Nook supplies to stamp a fall scene. The heartfelt sentiment, “May the colors of fall bring you a harvest of joy,” captures the charm of the season. I know that I’m drawn to the rich colors of autumn.

Newton’s Nook | Harvest Haul

    • Stamp the Newton’s Nook Harvest Haul sentiment onto gold cardstock. Cut with a square (4 1/4″) stitched die. Cut ground with the same die and add to the sentiment panel. Add assembly to a prepared card base.
    • Stamp Harvest Haul pickup and leaves onto Arches Cold Press paper with Archival Black ink. Color with media of choice. I used Tombow markers. Watercoloring stamped images is a soothing process for me; it’s a chance to slow down and enjoy the process.
    • Once dry, cut the images with the coordinating dies. Add to the card base with glue and foam adhesive.

Spellbinders | A Little Fall Charm

Hello! Autumn brings with it a sense of warmth and coziness, and I wanted to capture that feeling on my latest card. Using the September 2025 Stamp and Die Club offering at Spellbinders, I created a design filled with fall icons including acorns, pumpkins, pinecones, and squash. The sentiment, “a little fall charm, just for you,” makes it perfect for sharing the beauty of the season with someone special.

Spellbinders | Santa Mug

Nothing says Christmas quite like Santa himself, and this handmade card brings him to life in the most festive way—a Santa-shaped mug created with the Cocoa Greetings die set (Spellbinders July 2025 Die of the Month kit). A Christmas-themed patterned paper background and a seasonal sentiment complete the design.

Spellbinders | Whimsical Fall-themed Card

Hello! Fall is the perfect season for cozy, storybook-inspired designs, and the September  2025 Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders captures that magic beautifully. I created a card featuring a squirrel holding an acorn outside his tiny acorn-shaped house. Surrounded by colorful fall foliage, the scene feels straight out of a woodland fairy tale. The sweet sentiment, “May your fall be full of quiet wonder,” ties it all together for a card that celebrates the gentle joys of autumn.
