Elizabeth Craft – Halloween Bird

Hello! Today I am sharing a Halloween card created with Elizabeth Craft Design die sets.

I die-cut the Winter Bird from cardstock colored with Distress Inks and assembled it.
I die-cut the branch from the same set.
I die-cut the witch’s hat and bat with dies in the Halloween Accessories set.
I stamped the Taylored Expressions sentiment on to an ink-colored circle.
I added the assembled pieces to patterned paper on which I colored the corners.

Spellbinders Spooky Car

Hello! Today I am sharing a Halloween card created with the Halloween Sunday Drive die set from Spellbinders. The set works with the previously released Sunday Drive set. (There’s a set for Christmas, too, which I plan to play with soon.)

I cut the pieces of the car, skeleton, witch, and accessories from colored and foiled cardstock.
I assembled the car with its occupants, fussy cutting a piece of vellum for the windshield.
I cut the bats from black glitter cardstock.
I added the car and bats to patterned paper which I darkened in the corners with Distress Oxide Black Soot ink.

Penny Black Fall Scene

Hello! Today I am sharing a Halloween- or fall-themed, card created with Penny Black die sets.

I cut the crow with the 51-596 Bird and Branch set. This set was released in the spring and I used it to create several spring- and Easter-themed cards.
I die-cut the sentiment with the 51-077 Eeek! set three times and glued the pieces together for extra dimension.
The pumpkins and leaves were cut with the 51-360 Pumpkins & Leaves set.

Spellbinders – Halloween Witch

Hello! Today I am sharing a CAS Halloween card created with Spellbinders supplies. I kept with a traditional color scheme using patterned papers and glossy black cardstock from my stash.

I cut the witch and bats from a glossy black cardstock (Stampin’ Up from several years ago).
I glimmer-foiled the Spooky Greetings sentiment with black foil on Whip Cream cardstock.
I used the Nested Clipped Squares to create two frames, one cut from patterned paper and the other (slightly smaller) from vellum.
I adhered the frames to another patterned paper.
I added the assembly to a card base covered with a gold glitter cardstock.
I added the sentiment strip followed by the witch and bats popped up with foam adhesive.

Hello! I’m delighted to be a guest over on Spellbinders blog sharing two Halloween-themed projects with supplies from the new Halloween Collection by Becca Feeken.

The Spooky Cottage die set works with the previously-released Charming Cottage die set to create a Halloween gift/treat box. The Spellbinders post includes instructions and additional photos of the project.
