Hello! I’m sharing a CAS, mini-slimline, celebration card showcasing the Spellbinders July 2022 Embossing Folder Membership “Geometric Stripes.” And Spellbinders is having a Star Spangled Savings Event, offering deep savings on Spellbinders products!

Emboss cardstock in a variety of colors with the July Embossing Folder. Cut dry-embossed panels, reassemble, and trim to mini slimline size.
Cut circle from the center with a die in the Fluted Classics set.
Glimmer foil the Birthday Unboxing sentiment in Teal on Snowdrift cardstock.
Add foiled panel to back of dry-embossed panel.
Cut balloons with dies in the Open Road set. Add to center with dot and foam adhesive.
Embellish with Teal Sequins.

Spellbinders | July 2022 Large Die of the Month

Hello and happy July! I am sharing a fun, die-cut card featuring the Spellbinders July 2022 Large Die of the Month membership, aptly named “Food Truck.” The set includes dies to make an ice cream or taco truck. And be sure to scroll to the end for information on the Star Spangled Savings Event at Spellbinders.

Emboss dark pink A2-size panel with the Party Spots folder. Add to card base.
Stamp Let’s Celebrate sentiment on Snowdrift cardstock and cut with circle die.

Cut truck and ice cream cone from a variety of cardstock colors. I created the “Ice Cream” signage on my computer printer. Assemble and add to card front.
Add sentiment and embellish with Teal Opalescent Sequins.

Rubbernecker | 4th of July Birthday Card

Hello! Today, I am sharing a 4th of July-themed birthday card created with Rubbernecker supplies.

Cover A2-size card base with patterned paper.
Stamp and heat-emboss in white the 4th of July Fireworks sentiment on navy cardstock. To create a horizontal sentiment, mask “Birthday” when stamping “Happy” and mask “Happy” when stamping “Birthday.” Trim panel to 3 5/8 x 4 7/8 inches. Add to card front.
Cut hat and fireworks with USA/Uncle Sam die set from red, dark red, blue, and white glitter cardstock; assemble.
Use hat and fireworks to determine placement of fireworks. Cut navy panel with dies in the Star Bursts/Fireworks set. Back with white glitter cardstock. Add navy panel to card base.
Add hat and fireworks to panel with foam adhesive. Embellish with gems.

Tim Holtz | Die-cut Flowers

Hello! Today I am sharing a bouquet of die-cut flowers created with dies designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix.

Cut pot, floral, and foliage pieces with dies in the Modern Floristry, Potted, and Brushstroke Flowers 2 sets from Strathmore Mixed Media paper.
Watercolor die-cut pieces with Vintage Photo, Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Mustard Seed, Candied Apple, Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness, and Peeled Paint inks. Once dry, add additional ink as necessary.
Cut flower centers from black cardstock.
Assemble flowers.
Stamp Tiny Text sentiment in black on white cardstock. Add Tumbled Glass ink to background.
Adhere pot, flowers, and foliage to card using foam adhesive as necessary.

School of Fish Hello

Hello! We have summer-like weather in the Pacific Northwest, and I was inspired to create an ocean-themed card. I am sharing a colorful friendship card showcasing the Memory Box School of Fish die set.

Heat-emboss, with white powder, the sentiment in the Lawn Fawn Simply Sentiments set on Bristol.
Mask and apply yellow and orange inks over sentiment. Mask to apply blue inks for ocean. Mask again to apply yellow and orange inks above ocean. Trim panel.
Ink Bristol in a variety of colors and cut with School of Fish die.
Add fish to ocean with glue and foam adhesive.
