Rubbernecker | Whimsical Die-cut Christmas Scene

Hello! Today, I am sharing a whimsical, Christmas scene created with Rubbernecker stamp and die sets. Rubbernecker has been sharing Christmas inspiration all month; head to their blog for more inspiration.

Here’s how you can make this card:

Stamp and heat-emboss the Christmas Phrases Large/Small sentiment, (this stamp set is filled with wonderful sentiments), on a dark blue A2-size cardstock panel. Cut glitter cardstock with die in the Slimline Hills set and add to bottom for snow.
Cut Slimline Christmas Tree layers from ink-colored cardstock. Cut snow from glitter cardstock with the tree layer dies and fussy-cut along the top. Adhere snow to tree layers. Assemble tree, titling the layers towards the right. Add star to top and add assembled tree to scene.
Cut deer and birds from ink-colored cardstock with Reindeer and Bird’s die set. Assemble and add to scene.
To embellish, cut packages from ink-colored cardstock with the Santa Mini set.

Spellbinders | Celebrate the Season “Winter Welcome Sled”

Hello! I have more Christmas inspiration to share from the recent releases at Spellbinders with a card that showcases the adorable Winter Welcome Sled die set, part of the Celebrate the Season Collection.

Here’s how you can make this card:

Emboss a 4 x 5 1/4 inch Brushed Silver cardstock panel with the Stargazer folder. Add to textured, white, A2-size cardstock and attach to card base.
Cut sled from kraft and Brushed Silver cardstock; assemble. Decorate with ice skates, poinsettia, and foliage cut with dies in the Winter Welcome Sled and Parcel & Post Christmas Decorations sets; cut evergreen from Green Glitter Foam. Add sled assembly to card.
Foil Glitter Wishes sentiment in Silver on Snowdrift cardstock; cut with coordinating die and add to card.
To embellish, cut snowflakes with dies in the Holiday Decorations set from Snowdrift cardstock. Add to card.

Spellbinders | Parcel and Post Collection

Hello! Christmas inspiration continues at Spellbinders, and today I am sharing a card to showcase the Parcel and Post Collection.

Here’s how you can make this card:

- Add snow to blue cardstock background with the Layered Christmas Tree stencil with Transfer Gel – DUO. Once dry, foil the panel (using the Glimmer Hot Foil System) with Opal Glimmer Foil.
- Cut mailbox with the Parcel & Post Mailbox from red and gold foil; assemble. (I couldn’t resist creating a red mailbox!)
- Foil the Christmas Mailbox Greetings sentiment in Gold on Snowdrift cardstock and cut with die in the Parcel & Post Mailbox set.
- Cut embellishments with dies in the Parcel & Post Mailbox and Parcel & Post Christmas Decorations sets from Brushed Gold, Green Glitter Foam, red foil, and Snowdrift cardstock. Add to slot in mailbox.

Spellbinders | Celebrate the Season “Tweet Cardinal”

Hello! Fa la la, I am delighted to share a Christmas card today showcasing the Celebrate the Season Collection at Spellbinders, which includes the adorable Tweet Cardinal die set. Cue the holiday music!

To create snow, apply Trasfer Gel – Duo through the Layered Christmas Tree stencil on a dark-blue, min-slimline cardstock panel. Set aside to dry. When dry, use Glimmer Foil Machine to foil with Opal.
Foil the Glitter Wishes sentiment in Cobalt Blue on Snowdrift cardstock. Cut with Color Block Scenic Scape die set. Cut an additional snowbank with the Color Block Scenic Scape set. Add snowbanks to stenciled card background.
Cut Tweet Cardinal from cardstock and assemble.
Cut Build a Winter Birdhouse and Build a Summer Birdhouse (for birdhouse post). Use White Glitter Foam for snow.
Embellish birdhouse with poinsettia and foliage cut with dies in the Winter Welcome Sled, Parcel & Post Christmas Decorations, and Build a Winter Birdhouse sets.

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 128 – Christmas in July

Hello! Today, I am sharing a Christmas card that I created for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 128 – Christmas in July. I enjoy house scenes and often create them. I particularly like the pairing of the large house with the small village border.

Create blue A2-size card base.
Stamp Simply Winter Sentiments sentiment on white cardstock and cut with the Little Town Border. Back house windows with yellow cardstock. Add to card base.
Cut house pieces with the Build-A-House and Christmas Add-On die sets. Add glitter glue to light pieces. Assemble when dry and add the decorated house to the card.
Embellish with snowflakes cut with dies in the Mini Snowflakes set.
