A Nautical Hello

Hello! Today, I am sharing a nautical-themed card (one of my favorite themes) featuring the Cottage Cutz Lighthouse and Sailboat. As I have mentioned in previous posts sharing Cottage Cutz projects, the die-cutting and assembly is a bit like working a puzzle.

I cut the boat, lighthouse, and wave from watercolor paper on which I had applied watercolor with the Ken Oliver – Color Burst powders.
I stamped white cardstock with the Papertrey Ink Flipping Out sentiment and cut it with the Impression Obsession cloud die.
The background was created with the MFT Cloud Stencil.
I cut the sandy beach from tan cardstock to which I applied Clear Rock Candy glitter.

Penny Black Garden Fresh

Hello! I created a friendship/encouragement card to showcase the 30-816 Garden Fresh stamp set (with coordinating die) from the Penny Black “Delight” release.

I stamped the 40-776 Enlightened background stamp in Dandelion ink on yellow cardstock and cut the panel to A2-size.
I stamped, Copic-colored, and die-cut the watering can and blooms with 30-816 Garden Fresh and 51-703 Garden Fresh Cut Out.
I stamped the 30-712 Words of Encouragement sentiment on to a Distress Oxide Ink cardstock panel.
I cut the 51-636 Dainty Dashes Stackers panel from white cardstock, and by cutting the center with a rectangular die, I created a frame.

Spellbinders Truly Yours Collection

Hello! I am delighted to be sharing three friendship cards created with products from the Truly Yours Collection at Spellbinders.

On the first card, I paired the Bouquet of Flowers (retired) die set with a glimmer-foiled sentiment in the Mini Sincere Sentiments set.

On my additional cards, I used printed elements from the Reaching Out Collection (American Crafts) with flowers cut using dies in the Bouquet of Flowers (retired) set and a sentiment in the Mini Sincere Sentiments set.
