Lawn Fawn | Plant-A-Succulent

Hello! Today I am showcasing the Lawn Fawn Plant-A-Succulent die set, which was part of their Spring 2022 release, on a friendship card.

I colored Soft Finish Cardstock with a variety of Distress Oxide inks which I cut with the dies in the Plant-A-Succulent set for the pots with faces and the plants.
I glued the die-cut pots and plants together. The pieces are designed for easy assembly.
I stamped the Lawn Fawn sentiment (a complimentary stamp included in a Lawn Fawn order) on a panel colored with Distress Oxide inks in shades of yellow and orange. (The panel was something I had in a stash of ink-colored cardstock).
For the base, I added Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink to a Light Brown Woodgrain cardstock strip.
I created a frame from white cardstock by diecutting the largest die in the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables set within the largest die in the Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables set.

Elizabeth Craft Designs | Halloween Hay Ride

Hello! Today I am sharing a fall/Halloween card created with a combination of Elizabeth Craft Designs die sets. I am eagerly awaiting the fall- and Halloween-themed releases from the various manufacturers.

I colored Soft Finish Cardstock with a variety of Distress Oxide Inks from which I cut the Hay Ride and witch hat elements as well as the background grassy hill.
I attached the grassy hill to the stamped background panel. The sentiment is from a discontinued Taylored Expressions stamp set.
I glued the pumpkins, leaves, and hat to the hay wagon before adding the wagon to the background with foam adhesive.
To embellish, I added a single pumpkin and leaf to the lower-left corner.

Lawn Fawn | Foxy Family in the Forest

Hello! Today, I am sharing a cute, die-cut, forest scene created with a combination of Lawn Fawn products.

Die-cut the Forest Backdrop frame and trees.
Stamp the Mom and Me sentiment on light-blue cardstock.
Die-cut the Stitched Mountain Border from purple and white cardstock.
Die-cut the Forest Border from Noble Fir cardstock.
Attach the Stitched Mountain Border and the Forest Border to the back of the frame and then attached the sentiment panel. Add assemble to A2-size card base.
Die-cut the Foxy Family from a variety of cardstock colors. The set includes the outlines and a back, making assembly easy.
Add the tree and foxes to the scene.

With the Large Die of the Month set, die-cut strawberries, leaves, and flowers from cardstock. Assemble and add to card background.

Stamp the Let’s Celebrate Sentiments sentiment on Snowdrift cardstock and cut it with a die in the Assorted Tags set, adding twine through the hole and gluing on to the lower portion of the vine.

Spellbinders | August 2022 Large Die + Embossing Folder of the Month

Hello and happy August! I am in disbelief that it is already August. Today I am sharing a card created with the Spellbinders August 2022 Large Die of the Month “Strawberry Patch” (more info here) paired with this month’s timeless and elegant Embossing Folder “Intertwined Lattice” (more info here).

Dry-emboss A2-size card panel with the Embossing Folder and attach to card base.

Die-cut strawberries, basket, leaves, and flowers from cardstock. Assemble and add to card background. I used the cardstock from which I cut the basket to trace the basket outline on a piece of same-colored cardstock. I fussy-cut the piece and arranged the strawberries on top, gluing the open basket last.

Stamp the Let’s Celebrate Sentiments sentiment on Snowdrift cardstock and cut it with a die in the Assorted Tags set, adding twine through the hole and gluing it on to the basket.
